Extra Red at the ICT Days of the University of Pisa

From June 25 to 26, Extra Red took part in the ICT Days 2024, organized by the University of Pisa—an event dedicated to fostering connections between tech companies and students interested in pursuing a career in the ICT sector.

Who we are and what we shared

This event was a valuable opportunity for us to:

• introduce our company and the innovative ICT projects we’re working on;

• share the professional growth opportunities within our team;

• create an informal space for interaction with students and recent graduates interested in shaping their careers in digital.

We engaged with future professionals, answered questions, and offered insights into what it’s like to work at Extra Red.

Key highlights

Over the course of the two days:

• we were impressed by the motivation and curiosity of the participants, eager to learn more about opportunities in the ICT field;

• we shared insights into our projects, the technologies we use daily, and how we turn challenges into opportunities;

• we carried out active talent scouting, starting conversations with potential future colleagues.
