This is gambling.

I came across this definition as we recently had a booth for Extra Red at the Conference of the Italian Association of Epistemology held at the CNR in Pisa. Loredana Fortunato, who is part of the CNR IFC Agorà team, presented the portal of the same name, in which we are technological partners, and its objective is to manage this issue.

It is a widespread problem, probably as old as civilization as we know it, and this project is an excellent tool for sharing information and data about gambling.
